Technical Service Specialist Prentke Romich Company is seeking an experienced Technical Service Specialist in our Wooster, OH facility. This position will cover the 11:00 a.m. To 7:00 p.m. Shift. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months Technical Helpdesk experience which includes installation and use of hardware and software, OS, email, applications, MS Office, Mac applications and virus/ security applications. An Associate Degree in computer science, electronics or related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Equivalent experience will b a minimum of two (2) years related technical education AND two (2) years technical work experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Primary responsibilities include providing technical support to individuals in the AAC field regarding PRC equipment and software applications. Prentke Romich Company is an employee-owned company.
