Human Resource Assistant Prentke Romich Company, an employee-owned global company headquartered in Wooster, OH is seeking a Human Resource Assistant. Primary duties are to assist and coordinate employee benefits practices, assist with wage and salary administration, fringe benefits administration, insurance and health benefits, health/ safety, ACHC and ISO and EEO/AA administration. Maintaining personnel records, OSHA logs, Worker's Compensation files is also required. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in human resources administration. SHRM certification is also highly desired. Skills required are proficiency in MS Office Suite and previous experience with ADP payroll and HRIS software.
